• Do not impersonate another person or business.
• Do not use messaging for unrelated advertising or mass solicitation.

Protect personal information

• Never request passwords.
• Never request login or verification codes.
• Never request complete banking credentials.
• Do not request identity-document copies without a legitimate legal reason.

Handle arrangements responsibly

• Honor accepted arrangements where possible.
• Explain promptly when circumstances change.
• Mark items reserved or sold.
• Report scams, threats, prohibited items and harassment.

Enforcement

The platform may remove listings, restrict accounts, cancel offers, review reported conversations, preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful authorities.
